Dr. Gideon Olamilekan Oluwatunase graduated as an Anatomist with Honors from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara state, after which he proceeded for his master's degree in Anatomy at the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo state. He recently completed his Ph.D in Anatomy at the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun state. He has over 20 publications in local and international journals with more than 2000 citations in google scholar. Also, he has attended several workshops and training and possess modern biomedical laboratory skills such as stereostatic surgery in rats, three-dimensional printing, electrophysiology, MRI-guided anatomical targeting,neurological tissue dissection, microscopy and routine tissue processing and immunohistochemistry. He is passionate about medical education which has led him to attend several workshops on medical education. This has greatly improved his teaching and communication skills. His research interests are in Neuroendocrinology and Reproductive Biology . His hobbies are reading, travelling and meeting new friends.
